Anti-sticking release agent are for un-vulcanized rubber sheets in batch-off operations which is to be used in a dipping process to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets. It composes of inorganic fillers, active substances and tensides, Acmeantistic-300 shows excellent dispersion stability in water and excellent wetting of the rubber sheets. Even if it is at low dispersion concentration, there is no separation and sediment within several hours. Thus it is very easy to avoid forming dispersion slurry at the bottom of dipping tank. The product forms a thin flexible film on the surface of milled sheets and the special inorganic fillers of optimized particle size distribution act as microscopic spacers between the sheets, consequently there is a very good release effect. There is sufficient friction to prevent the sheets from slipping during storage and to allow smooth, continuous feeding of the extruders. Furthermore the film is non-dusty and the built-up on the equipment is thereby minimized.
Acmeantistic-300 is compound release agent in powder form for batch-off operations, which can be used in a dipping process to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets. It composes of inorganic fillers, active substances and tensides, containing approx. 95% of active ingredients. Acmeantistic-300 shows the excellent dispersion stability in water and excellent wetting of the rubber sheets. Even if at low dispersion concentration, there is no separation and sediment within several hours. Thus it is very positive to avoid forming dispersion slurry at the bottom of dipping tank. The application concentration is recommended at 3.0±1%, depending on type of rubber compound. For best performance we recommended to use a separate dispersion tank that is equipped with a paddle stirrer. The powder is added to the warm water, ideally around 60 oC. The dispersion should be stirred for at least 30min before use. Especially if cold water is used the dispersion time should be extended as long as possible. During the batch off process only slight agitation is needed to prevent sedimentation. Usually the motion of the bath due to the dipping process is already enough. It is very necessary to add / feed the fresh dispersion into the dipping tank in time. The liquid level of dispersion in dipping tank should keep up to 2/3 volume.
