By using ACMETOL T process of mastication of polymer can be avoided whereby the production capacity is increased resulting in considerable time and energy saving. ACMETOL T improves in extrusion and have proven effective over the years. ACMETOL T helps in mastication and homogenizing where there is a blend of polymers like N R / PBR, NR/SBR,etc.

ACMETOL T also helps in very good dispersion of the filler in loaded compounded.

Dosage

2.0 phr in Natural Rubber

2.5 to 3.0 phr in Carbon loaded compound.

2.0 to 3.0 phr in Microcelluar sheets and Inner soles.
