ACMETOL JV 46F is a newly designed processing additive for use in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its selected composition comprising fatty acid derivatives with different polarities, it provides excellent improvement of processing behaviour for a wide range of elastomers like NR, SBR, S-SBR, and EPDM (except for halogenated elastomers). ACMETOL JV 46F is especially suited for applications in extruded compounds, but also offers advantage on transfer moulding and injection moulding. It improves dispersion of fillers and has a beneficial influence on batch-to-batch uniformity. It is suitable for most of the elastomers like NR, SBR, S-SBR & EPDM.
