Reinforcing Resin

COMPOSITION

It is a non-self-curing phenolic resin of the novalac type phenol formaldehyde resin. This can be CNSL modified or Tall Oil modified PF resin. A branched structure that forms a 3-dimensional network upon curing. Thermoplastic until cross-linked with methylene donor and  then becomes a thermoset resin. Ex. FINOREX PN 160B, FINOREX RR 90 AND 90H , FINOREX RR 95 AND 98H , FINOREX RR 110.

PURPOSE

This product is suitable for reinforcing natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and nitrile rubber. It is readily absorbed by the rubber mix and they have a strong plasticizing effect.  Provide increased stiffness, Hardness, Abrasion resistance to the rubber compound

Tire Components, Rubber Rice Rollers.
