ACMETOL ZB 49

ACMETOL ZB 49 is a recent addition to our line of processing and performance additives.  It can be used as a physical peptizer and processing aid for natural rubber formulations.  In synthetic and natural rubber blends that contain silica, with or without silane coupling agents, it improves downstream processing while enhancing physical properties.  When used with silane coupling agents it appears to have a synergistic affect and improves the coupled properties. ACMETOL ZB 49 stabilizes vulcanization at high temperatures and reversion is reduced.  Therefore, it is useful in injection and transfer moulding, as well as for continuous vulcanization.It is suitable for the mainly natural rubber.
